We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction management practices. Responsibilities Candidate should have minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction field. Direct management of site operations and overseeing trade contractors. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and a good communicator. Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback. Monitor and report on project progress. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs. Implement safety and quality guidelines. Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly. Work with project team to develop scopes of work. Assist team with change management. Attend weekly owner meeting and run weekly trade meetings. Work with PM to update monthly schedule. Procore experience a plus. Keep track of material stock orders.
