In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in something related to Home Improvement and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members. Duties Oversee and ensure the success of daily lead generation activities. Provide necessary information for the BJ’s and Precision Roofing Corp. Home Improvement program to generate high-quality leads. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and presentation at the kiosk provided by BJ’s to interact with its associates. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and effective communication among Precision Roofing Corp staff. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have with home improvements. Support management in achieving operational goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Participate in shift management, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts. Requirements Sales or lead generation experience: Preferably in home improvement, roofing, or related industries. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate customers and associates to generate leads. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are required.
