POSITION SUMMARY
To be responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Supervisor, for all phases of the operation of a property, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the property; direction and control of all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Ensure that all employees under your supervision are familiar with and understand the Company’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines and liability concerns.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred MUST have an active property manager license
TRAINING/CERTIFICATES/ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred
- Fair Housing and TDHCA training preferred Onesite | Knock knowledge preferred Responsible for accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations of an apartment community.
Property Leasing and Administration Resident Relations; listening, resolving and following up with resident requests, complaints, ad comments Property Marketing; outreach, in-house resident events, all social media outlets, and any advertisments such as flags, flyers, signs, bootlegs, balloons, etc.
