Role Overview Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish as the primary point of contact for general contractors, facilities manager, owners and internal teams. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Construction:

Lead scope reviews, safety assessments, and timeline development; coordinate material ordering and delivery; negotiate with subcontractors

Project Management:

Maintain contractor relationships; conduct site visits; oversee field operations; process change orders; ensure safety compliance

Financial Management:
