This is a key position designed for someone who can manage both the big picture and the smallest details, and jump in wherever needed to keep quality and timelines on point. https://builtbyadam.com/ This role is a hybrid of Project Coordinator, responsible for day-to-day oversight of custom home construction projects valued at more than $2M. You’ll be on-site the majority of the time, serving as the go-to leader who keeps the job moving, trades accountable, budgets intact, and clients informed. What You’ll Do Manage the construction schedule and ensure projects stay on track Oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination and quality control Perform light hands-on work (e.g., reinstalling doors, fixing punch items) when needed Communicate with clients, trades, inspectors, and vendors Track project progress, update budgets, and support material procurement Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance Ensure a positive jobsite culture rooted in professionalism and pride What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role Must have verifiable custom home building experience (required) Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and maintain jobsite momentum without daily oversight Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills Competency in reading plans, project documentation, and using construction software Must have your own truck, basic tools, and be ready to be hands-on when necessary Compensation Full time position Competitive salary range at $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience Paid time off Collaborative and tight-knit team culture with direct access to leadership Clear communication, mutual respect, and shared commitment to quality This is a high-impact leadership role with the potential to grow into a senior-level position as the company scales.
