- Lead the Build
- Manage all phases of custom, semi-custom, and renovation projects ($1M+), ensuring quality, budget, and timelines stay on track.
- Run the Team
- Coordinate subcontractors, designers, and vendors, fostering strong partnerships and high standards.
- Be the Go-To
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing clear updates and an outstanding experience.
- Own the Day
- Visit multiple job sites daily, troubleshoot issues, and keep the momentum going.
- Protect the Brand
- Uphold Riser Capital’s commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years managing custom or semi-custom residential construction in Beaufort County.
- Strong local network of quality subcontractors and suppliers.
- Valid South Carolina Residential Homebuilder License — please do not apply without this license. Skills & Strengths
- Proven leadership across multiple projects, bids, and subcontractor teams.
- Excellent communicator — with clients, crews, and stakeholders alike.
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven.
Tech-savvy:
Scheduling software, MS Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and related tools
- Knowledge of Cost Plus, GMP, and Lump Sum contracts.
Bonus:
Experience sourcing new development opportunities. Education
