Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating all phases of construction projects. Support cost estimation, bidding, and subcontractor/vendor selection processes. Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and track material deliveries. Prepare and update project schedules, contract values, and cost breakdowns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as-built drawings. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements. Assist in processing invoices, payments, and change orders. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members. Support monthly reporting and cost analysis efforts. Ensure adherence to safety and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer Requirements:
2+ years of experience with commercial construction projects as a project coordinator, assistant project manager or related role Associates or bachelors degree strongly preferred Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project documentation Experience working in construction management software required
