The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role requires keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Manage project budgets, including construction estimating and contract negotiations. Utilize project management software such as Prolog and ProCore for tracking progress and documentation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays. Experience Proven experience in construction project management or a related field is essential. Strong skills in time management and project scheduling are required to effectively prioritize tasks. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is preferred. Proficiency in software tools such as Civil 3D for design purposes is a plus. Experience with contract management and negotiation is beneficial. Knowledge of industry standards for safety regulations is necessary.
