Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of residential construction projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage project planning , site preparation, permitting, and construction execution through completion. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors , ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication , upholding the company’s industry-leading reputation. Utilize construction management software (BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office) for scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain quality control. Attend weekly team meetings at company headquarters to provide project updates and collaborate with leadership. Manage front-end site work and foundation construction with technical expertise and attention to detail. Foster a collaborative work environment , aligning with the company’s values and commitment to quality. Qualifications & Skills 3-5+ years of construction project management experience , with a solid foundation in residential homebuilding . Background in luxury custom home construction is a plus but not required. Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office, and other construction technologies . Strong knowledge of site development, foundation work, and high-end homebuilding techniques . Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills , with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination . Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle ( mileage reimbursement provided ). Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to maintain professionalism in client and vendor interactions. Familiarity with the Lowcountry lifestyle and ability to thrive in a team-focused environment . Compensation & Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities .
