This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of construction professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee site management and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers to establish and maintain project schedules. Conduct risk management assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms. Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout all phases of construction. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address project needs and updates. Monitor financial performance of projects, including cost estimation and resource allocation. Utilize construction management software such as Procore for project tracking and reporting. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the construction team to foster development and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a director or VP role. Proven experience in managing multi-family, mixed-use, and hospitality construction projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and procurement processes. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Familiarity with project management tools such as AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
