Full Job Description Job Summary:
Assists supervisor and coordinates activities of the workers engaged in roofing, new construction, siding, maintenance of existing building/clients grounds by performing the following duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspects work areas to determine the type of work required and materials and equipment to be used. Runs errands and assists supervisors in supply pick-up and drop-off. Operates equipment such as forklifts. Assists with pre and post-inspections. Takes pictures of work to aid Field Supervisors. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient with technology. Bilingual preferred.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year of construction experience preferred. Knowledge of roofing preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50-85 pounds at times. Must be able to climb ladder and traverse roof at times. Must be able to access and navigate all areas of a construction site in various types of weather.
