• Commercial Construction Expand beyond the corporate arena and join a rapidly growing GC in the Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial Construction space.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects stay on track and within financial constraints.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize Procore for project management and reporting.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and manage bids and estimates, ensuring accurate cost assessments and proposals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any concerns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial and industrial construction projects.
Desire and track record of success in the bid process, new business and client relationships.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and related technology and tools and project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Experience with estimating and managing bids for commercial projects.
Familiarity with industrial, healthcare, and warehouse construction projects is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Benefits Remote/Telecommute from home
