Summary We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our dynamic team at Pine Valley Construction Co., LLC. This role is crucial for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules and budgets effectively to meet deadlines. Supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Coordinate with project managers and clients to communicate project status and updates. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with construction estimating software such as ProCore or Primavera is a plus. Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail.
