What You’ll Do Lead multiple artificial turf construction projects (2-10 weeks, $500k average budget) from planning through completion. Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision. Generate submittals and client-facing documentation that reflect your attention to detail. Source materials and equipment to meet aggressive timelines. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with a sharp eye on scope and profitability. Monitor progress, identify risks, and produce detailed reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. React quickly and decisively to shifting priorities and on-site challenges. What You Bring Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in civil or sports field construction. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Strong analytical skills and a self-directed approach to problem-solving. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Resilience under pressure and the stamina to work long hours when needed. A leadership style that’s intense, focused, and results-driven.
