The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a preferred construction background.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee the construction estimating process, including budgeting and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster collaboration and efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on safety practices throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial and High-End Residential Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
