As an Area Supervisor at Our Company, you will oversee operations for up to 25 multifamily communities within a designated district. You will work closely with our frontline employees, splitting your time between recruiting, staffing, training, and managing a remote workforce responsible for nightly doorstep waste and recycling collection. Your primary goal is to ensure that all scheduled services are completed accurately, safely, and to the full satisfaction of our clients. You will also play a key role in launching service at new communities and ensuring a smooth, successful rollout.

Ya Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure the on-time and satisfactory completion of all doorstep waste and recycling collection services across your assigned communities. Conduct on-site quality assurance visits to assess team performance and verify adherence to Our Company’s service and safety standards. Monitor workforce activity, including check-ins and time-to-completion, using Our Company’s proprietary technology. Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training and coaching as needed. Support the onboarding and development of new field management personnel. Assist with semi-monthly payroll preparation by maintaining accurate data in company systems. Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with management, HR, and other departments. Partner with management to execute seamless rollouts for new community service launches. Represent Our Company at resident engagement events as needed. Provide on-call support to field staff and troubleshoot workforce issues. Manage inventory and distribution of supplies, including uniforms, tote bags, and other field equipment. Foster collaboration and open communication with managers and cross-functional teams to support workforce success and client satisfaction. Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Ya Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 team members, working 5-7 days a week (2-3 hours per shift). Basic experience in employee relations, hiring, and team leadership. Background in managing multi-site field operations. Demonstrated customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities. Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to continuous improvement. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and clients. Base Salary:

$42,000/year (Exempt position)

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, starting at 6 PM until end of service
