Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join our team! You will oversee residential construction scheduling, quality control, and homeowner warranty.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:
