This direct hire, full-time role will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety across all phases of commercial construction projects.

Commercial Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Manage daily job site operations and subcontractor schedules
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with project plans
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain project timelines
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and daily logs
• Communicate with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure quality execution

Commercial Superintendent Requirements:

• 3-5 years of commercial construction supervisory experience
• Proficient in Procore, Zoom, Gmail, and Apple devices
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Must own a truck and be willing to travel locally
• Able to lift 65 lbs.
