If you have 5-10 years of proven success managing high-end builds in the Carolinas, we want to hear from you. As Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind projects ranging from $1 million to $45+ million, overseeing all phases from groundbreaking to final delivery. You’ll leverage your expertise to build exceptional commercial or multi-family properties, foster collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors. Qualifications 10 + years of experience managing construction projects as a Superintendent 5+ years of high-end ground up / interior retail, commercial, office, etc. experience Strong experience with ProCore , Buildertrend or MS Project OSHA 30 Strong ability to read drawings and specifications Experience with site work through CO Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office product Benefits Excellent Benefits, growth opportunity and pipeline of work

Luxury Experience:

$1M – $45M+ each (Construction Cost) Competitive Base bonus structure 100% paid Healthcare PTO & Sick Leave 401(k) Match Responsibilities Direct overall project execution Manage project milestone’s Maintain good relationships with internal personnel, subcontractors and external clients Develop and maintain site logistics plan Conduct quality inspections Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
