Position Overview:

CSG is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing commercial construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to oversee projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Team Leadership:

Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Budget Oversight:

Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Site Management:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proven success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus. Proficient in Sage, Microsoft Project and Primavera are a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.

Employment Requirements:
