The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
