The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction management methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues. Developing estimates and/or proposals for new projects or change orders. Responsible for developing and managing project schedules and determining the labor requirements. Responsible for developing and managing the project schedule of values and the project budget. Responsible for submitting monthly invoices to the client(s), and compiling and approving subcontractor invoices. Responsible for ensuring daily project operations are maintained and work is being completed per the project schedule. Responsible for tracking deviations from project schedules and costs; and maintaining project records and reports. Responsible for subcontract buyout, and ensuring projects are staffed to meet the schedule and resource requirements. Responsible for monitoring the overall project progress and preparing job records for reporting to company ownership. Responsible for ensuring compliance with building and safety codes. Responsible for leading regular meetings with owners, trade contractors, architects, and other design professionals on project progress. Responsible for evaluating employee and subcontractor performance. Managing change orders- evaluating the impact of the change, working with the subcontractor and Superintendent to find a resolution to the change, ensuring the owner is notified in a timely manner, and working with the owner to find a resolution to keep the project moving forward. This is a list of primary tasks for this position, and the Project Manager may be tasked with providing company support on other projects as directed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project management principles, processes and software. E2 Development utilizes Procore for its construction management. The offeror will be expected to use Procore to accomplish many of the daily tasks they are responsible for. Offeror will be provided a computer and access to other software as needed for these responsibilities. Offeror must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license. Offeror will be responsible for being on time to work at the various projects.
