Required Experience
Proven experience as a General Contractor Superintendent or in a similar role
General Requirements
Strong ability to manage multiple crews effectively
Capability to work independently under pressure while meeting project deadlines without compromising quality
Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, office staff, and crew members
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods
Essential Functions
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee crews, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Manage budgets and timelines while tracking daily labor and material costs
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine construction requirements and procedures
Oversee subcontractors and labor resources to ensure project efficiency
Provide regular updates and communicate project impacts to the Project Manager
