We specialize in providing comprehensive turnkey site development services, including clearing, excavation, demolition, and utility installation for private, government, and commercial projects. Summary We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our team at Siteworks. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met. Review blueprints and project plans to establish timelines and resource requirements. Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards. Prepare and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction management software (e.g., Prolog, ProCore). Strong budgeting skills with experience managing project costs.
