Full-time Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and activities at assigned construction jobsites. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management. Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the jobsite promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower on-site. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and work practices. Train and mentor crew members to enhance performance and skill development. Foster a positive and productive work environment conducive to teamwork and success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a jobsite supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
