We are looking to bring on an experienced individual in land development to join and lead our team in the Charleston Market. Primary Responsibilities Assist the division and developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process
Provide potential solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates and ensure minimal slippage of the lots available for sale
Participate in feasibility studies
Maintain a written status of each community approval and improvement level which has been verified through the developer
