As a Land Development Superintendent, you bring our vision to life by converting raw land into construction ready building sites. You know how to make things happen by overseeing land development schedules and budgets. You’re an advisor and communicator who can effectively motivate our subcontractors. In coordination with the Production Manager, Community Construction Manager and/or Community Manager, you will prepare, maintain, execute and monitor the site development schedule in order to complete assigned community on time, within budget, and with high standards of workmanship, oversee and direct subcontractor and remedial work throughout course of community. To join our team in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and at least four years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education/experience. You also can read site plans, have knowledge of soil mechanics and must maintain a valid driver’s license. K.
