This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on active construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This company specializes in site development with focus on commercial and residential work.
Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities Manage crews, equipment and materials Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers and clients Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the job site Experience with grading pads and fine grading Proficiency in stormwater infrastructure construction, installation and alignment Operate all necessary heavy equipment, including motor graders, dozers, excavators, skid steer loaders ect. Capable of leading construction projects through all phases
Qualifications:
