The right candidate's primary responsibility will be to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to residential and commercial construction while providing excellent customer service. The Superintendent manages construction projects, from permit to closing by scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, walk-throughs, and inspections while maintaining company construction and safety standards. Essential responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned. Skills and Experience Knowledge of the basics of the construction business Certifications - OSHA 30-Hour (preferred) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other general computer software. Experience working with Project Management Software - Microsoft Project, Procore, and other various systems Experience with job scheduling, planning expediting and cost control Experience with RFI management via Procore Hotel Renovation and New Construction experience is highly preferred.

Essential responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned. Duties Include Plan and direct construction activities on the building site Monitor and manage daily project productivity, as well as labor and material budgets Effectively manage and build partnerships with subcontractors Maintain a safe work site by enforcing safe work habits Verify all checklists are completed and inspections are scheduled and passed Execute company policies to ensure compliance with quality standards Monitors construction site cleanliness and hold subcontractors responsible for daily clean-up Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated repairs Prepare, review, and approve all necessary field documentation and reports Manage all project inspections, testing, and permits ensuring project and subcontractors are appropriately prepared Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs Host weekly on site subcontractor meetings with agenda
