Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Client Collaboration:

Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Oversight:

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.

Scheduling and Planning:

Create comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize project timelines.

Contract Management:

Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and company policies.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures, conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to project challenges.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Safety Compliance:

Prioritize and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with industry regulations and building codes. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
