  We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in heavy civil and infrastructure construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sitework practices, and project management principles.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
