The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate activities between various teams including contractors, site workers, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all job sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the project to maintain workflow and project timelines.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
