Duties Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary constraints. Utilize project management software (such as Basecamp) to track project milestones and communicate with stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address challenges, and provide updates. Manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with organizational needs and standards. Collaborate with sales teams to integrate Salesforce into project workflows where applicable. Support program development initiatives by providing insights on best practices in IT project management. Maintain thorough documentation of all project phases for future reference. Skills Proficiency in scope management to effectively define and control project boundaries. Experience with Salesforce for managing customer relationships within projects. Strong cost control skills to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Familiarity with Workday for resource management and reporting purposes. Expertise in using various project management software tools to streamline processes.
