This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on active construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This company specializes in site development with focus on commercial and residential work.

Job Summary:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities Manage crews, equipment and materials Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers and clients Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the job site Experience with grading pads and fine grading Proficiency in stormwater infrastructure construction, installation and alignment Operate all necessary heavy equipment, including motor graders, dozers, excavators, skid steer loaders ect. Capable of leading construction projects through all phases

Qualifications:

Bilingual Preferred 5+ years of experience in site development or utility construction supervision Ability to operate all equipment used in land development Strong knowledge of grading, stormwater and roadwork installation Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints and technical drawings Proven track record of managing crews and on site logistics Ability to manage schedules, budgets and daily reporting Adhere by construction safety standards and regulations Our mission is to be the Best In Class manpower support company by operating on the principals of delivering the highest level professionalism, integrity, honesty, and safety to our valued employees and clients.
