What You’ll Do As a Healthcare Superintendent , you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for coordinating and managing all field operations on complex healthcare construction projects. You’ll ensure these mission-critical environments are built safely, on time, and with the high level of quality they deserve.

You will:

Oversee daily site activities and field personnel on hospital, clinic, or healthcare-related projects Enforce safety standards and infection control measures (ICRA/ILSM compliance) Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule milestones Maintain direct communication with Project Managers, Owners, and Healthcare Administrators Lead daily meetings and document site progress accurately Ensure all work is built to spec, code, and healthcare regulatory standards Manage project updates in Procore or similar project management tools Anticipate and resolve field issues before they impact project delivery Serve as a leader and example of professionalism, urgency, and collaboration on-site Experience You Should Have 5+ years as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (acute care, hospitals, surgical centers, etc.) Strong understanding of healthcare-specific safety and infection control standards (e.g., ICRA) Track record of delivering projects in active hospital environments or restricted access zones Proficiency in construction software such as Procore Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA certification and
