• Local Large Scale Work
• Charleston will be responsible for: Meeting weekly andcommunicating daily with subcontractors to assess project progress,schedule, changes and deliveries.

Managing the site throughcompletion. Proactively identifying design deficiencies, scheduleconcerns, and other project specific issues. Attaining a thoroughand complete understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts,the drawings, and specifications. Enforcing safety protocols toensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safetystandards. Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout theproject including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.

Communicating daily with owners, tenant reps, constructionmanagers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensureprogress toward the common goal is achieved. Profile TheSuperintendent

• Charleston will have: 5years of construction Project Manager experience with a generalcontractor is required Experience on ground-up education,healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is requiredBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering orrelevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Softwareexperience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporateand industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
