Job Description
MAU is hiring a Utilities Superintendent for Landmark Construction in Charleston, SC. As a Utilities Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of utility installation projects on multiple construction sites, including managing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with other divisions within Landmark Construction, and guaranteeing the timely completion of projects related to water, sewer, and stormwater drainage. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Utility Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
General Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Strong ability to work independently under pressure while meeting project deadlines without compromising quality. Professional demeanor in interactions with clients, office staff, and crew members. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
