Responsibilities Proficiency in all stages of the residential building process, including finishes and final punch out. A positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to evolving needs. Oversee daily operations, ensuring timelines, quality standards and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with contracts and blueprints while monitoring site activities. Collaborate with subcontractors and inspectors to facilitate effective communication. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and project timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management and project coordination. Strong project scheduling and time management skills. Ability to read blueprints. Experience working on construction and managing teams
