We’re a growing commercial construction team looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant Project Manager ready to dive in and grow quickly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with strong mentorship, real career advancement, and the chance to help shape a new division from the ground up.
🔍 What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of experience in commercial construction (upfits, warehouse renovations, etc.)
Comfortable with the fast pace of commercial work
Open to occasional night/weekend shifts when required
Some understanding of commercial/lite industrial codes a plus
Familiarity with warehouse construction processes
Detail-oriented with a hunger to learn and contribute
Procore and Excel experience preferred (but not required)
