The Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction phase of various commercial construction projects, ensuring that all aspects are thoroughly planned and executed. This role focuses on creating accurate estimates, managing project timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in retail and multi-family developments. Key Responsibilities
Lead the preconstruction process for commercial construction projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project specifications
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to review project plans and requirements
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data
Manage timelines and schedules for the preconstruction phase
Oversee the preparation of bid packages and proposals
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing and availability information
Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
