Project Executive 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Greenville, SC 29601 Project Executive Project Executive Position Overview As a Project Executive, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of construction projects in the Commercial Construction industry. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our team completes projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and environmental policies. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients. Manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as required. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Manage project contracts, change orders, and claims. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project requirements are met. Leading a team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. Experience in preconstruction, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
