We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address issues.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Manage change orders and project documentation.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience across commercial, K-12, higher education, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, and/or religious projects.
Familiarity with ground-up construction and tenant improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
