We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various major commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and adaptive reuse projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial and multi-family (wood frame) construction practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Benefits Medical
