What your future day will look like:
Pre-project research – site analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessments
Aid in the permitting process
Help with developing site plans and aligning with zoning regulations
Bid analysis and onboarding selected contractors, managing as projects progress
Track project timeline and budgets
Reporting of project progress to stakeholders
Resolve any problems that arise as projects progress

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
5+ years in a project manager role
