TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Supervisor position in Greer, SC.Overall PurposeEnsure the quality service and support of all mission actives at a location they are assignedEnsure that all Company/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standardsSupport and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMSReports toSite Manager / Regional ManagerResponsibilitiesClient relationship and Business development
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel
- Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level
- Ensure clear and transparent communication to clientsOperations
- Set up and supervise missions
- Staffing of missions
- Coordinate changes in missions
- Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed
- Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to insure compliance to quality standards and specifications
- Complete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followed
- Train new employees
- Train/Mentor Site Leaders
- Coordinate Site Leaders daily schedules/activities to ensure successful daily operations“`{=html}“
