The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial and light industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires a strong leader capable of coordinating teams, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and compliance on-site. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects
Oversee construction schedules and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status
Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial, light industrial, and mixed-use construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
Experience managing projects in religious facilities, educational institutions (K-12 and higher-ed), warehouses, multi-family housing, club houses, and/or retail. Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
