We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
Manage and supervise construction staff and subcontractors, providing direction and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
Monitor project progress, address delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project timelines.
Prepare and submit reports on project status, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
