Residential Supervisor 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Clinton, SC 29325 Join Our Team as a Residential Supervisor at Thornwell! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Thornwell is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead and support our Teaching Parents, ensuring quality care and services for the youth in our residential program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coaching, training, and supervision for Teaching Parents. Ensure program integrity and fidelity to evidence-based best practices. Conduct evaluations, oversee administrative tasks, and monitor compliance with safety standards. Participate in admissions, treatment team meetings, and other client-related conferences. Maintain thorough documentation within Thornwell’s Electronic Health Records system. Work a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including on-call availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, child and family development); a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. Supervisory experience (2+ years preferred). Ability to engage in strengths-based coaching and reflective supervision. Strong administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DSS background screening. Why Thornwell?
