Full Job Description Job Summary:

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of construction projects for small industrial metal buildings, from initial planning to final completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position also requires travel to states in the southeast footprint and the ability to stay out of town for weeks at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Client Relations:

Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their needs and expectations.

Contract Administration:

Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Scheduling and Time Management:

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet required standards.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Safety Management:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents. General knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
