Chapin, SC 29036 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective project scheduling, time management, and the ability to manage contracts and budgets while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of contract management principles. Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on time management. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera. Familiarity with industry-standard tools including ProCore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork among diverse groups. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
